Sessions are provided at your home, workplace, gym, or another agreed-upon location. Movimiento Vital PT brings personalized, one-on-one care directly to you, making physical therapy more convenient and accessible.

Your first session is focused on understanding you, your movement, and your goals. We'll go through a comprehensive assessment, discuss what's been limiting you, and create a personalized plan designed around your lifestyle and the activities that matter most to you.

Movimiento Vital is a private-pay, out-of-network practice. This allows for longer one-on-one sessions, individualized care, and flexibility without referral requirements or insurance-based visit limitations. A superbill can be provided upon request for potential reimbursement through your insurance provider.

No referral is needed to begin physical therapy in Puerto Rico. You're welcome to reach out directly to schedule an evaluation.

Initial evaluations typically last between 60–90 minutes, giving us time for a comprehensive assessment, discussion of your goals, and personalized treatment planning. Follow-up sessions are 60 minutes, always one-on-one, with no rushed scheduling or shared appointments.

Every person and recovery process is different, so the number of sessions will depend on your goals, symptoms, and lifestyle. Many clients begin noticing meaningful changes within 4–6 sessions, and progress is reassessed regularly to make sure your care continues to support your goals.
